I ordered my girlfriend a radley watch for her birthday. The watch was a good price and joshua james kept me updated on its whereabouts until it reached me. It came wrapped around a soft pillow in a lovely presentation box. My only gripe is that the strap was not the same as advertised on the website and was plain as opposed to the patterned one shown.
