The bracelet I ordered did not come with the charm that I ordered aswell. When I emailed customer services, after waiting for a response, the reply only stated that the charm 'should be attached to the invoice' with no apology. If the charm was attached to the invoice I would not have emailed in the first place. I emailed back that I wanted a refund and have had no response since. Very disappointed, would not recommend.
