There was a mix up with the address. I had entered the billing address in correct but the delivery address was correct. The order was then sent out to the billing address. When I called up the customer service over the phone from the First Lady I spoke to was appalling!! I have finally managed to get the item from the house / person of the billing address, but will not be ordering again from Joshua James
