Ordered bead. Not in stock. Item dispatched allegedly but have received no evidence of this despite requests. Bead has not arrived Joshua James claiming has got lost in post have to wait two weeks before they will do anything. Have requested money back. Received an e mail telling me this does not normally happen. But it has. Have requested a refund to purchase item elsewhere. Not happy with the response. Absolutely awful customer service. Will not be purchasing from them again and will be advising everyone of this practise of paying for items not in stock. Seems to be other people who have had similar experience.
