I purchased a charm which I needed urgently and paid for the next day DPD delivery. The next day I received an email saying the charm was out of stock!!!!! This is after paying and payment taken, also when I was supposed to receive the charm.
When I phoned customer services were very unhelpful, made an excuse about computer systems, did not apologise but said I could buy the more expensive charm!!??!! I had no choice but to do this as I needed it urgently. I am more than disappointed and will not use Jonathan James again.
