I placed my order for 2nomination charms.They are Christmas gifts.I am on a very limited income and also suffer with arthritis in both hands.They were attached to each other and I can't separate them.I contacted Joshua James explaining I couldn't separate them and can't afford to give charms to one person due to my limited income.
I emailed the company to ask what I could do and have not had a reply back from them.I appreciate they are busy but I am now unable to give the charm i wanted to give my niece.
