I have not received my item which was posted on 21 November. I emailed customer services twice with no reply. I phoned and was advised that nothing could be done until 14 days after it was posted. As this was for a gift that I was taking to Edinburgh on the 10 December and will now not be able to take. I am very disappointed with your customer service especially at this time of the year.
