Ordered 4 bracelets 24th November. Received package on 28th November containing somebody else’s order. Emailed same and rang same day to highlight problem (no answer or reply) they rang me on Wednesday 29th to advise me to return the wrong goods (which I did 1st class signed for on 29th) and they would send me my items and re inburse my postage. Still not heard anything from them despite them signing for the goods I sent back. Have tried to call all morning 6th December with no luck!
Will not be buying from these ever again!!
