I placed an order last week for 2 nomination charms and paid extra for next day delivery. I've received an email saying the item is out of stock but I should get it before Christmas. I have tried emailing and calling numerous times with no success. Can I please either have a response to inform me of when the items should arrive with a reimbursement for the 'express delivery' or if the items are not available can I please have my money back.
