When customers are buying a nomination bracelet for the first time as this obviously was it would be useful for instructions on how to insert the charms to be included, also a small booklet showing what additional charms are available would be useful. This was a gift for someone so a gift box or wrap option would be good. I had to fathom out how to put the bracelet together and then go out and buy a gift box to fit, this optional service I feel would be good business for a extra charge ,
