I ordered a charm on January 30th, after which the money was taken from my account - to be expected. I then received another email on February 1st claiming that my item was out of stock, and would be dispatched within 3-5 days. On February 7th (after there was still no confirmation of my item being dispatched) I emailed customer services asking what the delay was. Customer services responded to my email, later that day, claiming that the item was expected back in stock that day, and would be dispatched immediately afterwards. It is now February 9th and I STILL have had no email confirming dispatch. I ordered this gift for my partner's birthday 12 days in advance and will now have nothing to give him on his birthday on February 11th. I am frankly furious, especially considering the money was taken from my account weeks ago. Very poor service.
