I ordered a nomination charm for a birthday gift which was showing online as instock ,next day received an email advising as soon as the stock was in it would be despatched, I phoned the store to find it was indeed out of stock -but was still showing instock online , delivery was likely to be 2 weeks - which meant I missed the birthday..
requested a refund which was given ,but annoyingly waisted time ordering the item when it obviously was not available -!Incidentally this item is still showing as INSTOCK
beware -check via phone before orderering
