Need to make sure you leave a full week even thought they say they post first class! I made the above order Monday evening after reading your delivery information that said ‘if order received before 3.30pm you dispatched same working day’ - with this in mind I ordered late evening (approx 9pm) assuming that the dispatch of my order would have been the following day (Tuesday) as it was after 3.30!! This was great as I then expected arrival either Wednesday or today as I need to wrap + hand deliver to a relative tomorrow (Friday). Strangely I only received an email saying order had been dispatched yesterday (Wednesday) but still thinking you use 1st class mail arrival date would still be today I was hopeful. Unfortunately, nothing has arrived today do subsequently I cannot deliver relatives present on time tomorrow - I would just like to feedback that I think your advertised delivery timescale is misleading as an expectation of 1st class post is not ordering on a Monday & receiving goods on the Friday. This timescale would normally be stated as delivery within 3-5working days! I was hoping to use you again to order nomination gifts but am not quite as confident in your efficiency after my first order. Luckily the order did arrive on the Friday!
