I ordered a charm that stated next day delivery with royal mail, it didnt arrive for four days. thats not really a complaint because I telephoned and spoke to a very nice lady and do realise that the later delivery is down to royal mail. I just think perhaps as long as when we buy we are aware of that it wouldnt be a problem. , I think maybe a correction on the wording on the confirmation would be a good idea.
I would like to say I and my daughter have dealt with this firm more than once, and we are very pleased with how everything is dealt with
