Joshua James offered a fair price, good products, and amazingly fast shipping. Only considering those, Joshua James Jewellery deserves to a rating of 5 stars. But, about the customer service, even though say as favorably as possible, I can't say that the customer service was fast and responsive. I'm sure that they will acknowledge this as well. Of course it wasn't totally bad, that's why I rated as 4 stars, not 3 stars. I'm a customer from South Korea. I recommend this shop to the other Koreans. But I warn them, in case of they order more than US$ 150, it'd be difficult to get support related to the FTA.
