First time I dealt with you was great, ordered on Tuesday night, was here by Friday. Second time I ordered not so much. Ordered on a Tuesday for a birthday present needed for Friday, then got an email the next day saying the charm had to be ordered from supplier which I understand but this wasn't mentioned when I placed the order which would have swayed my mind. Then I received an email on Saturday saying the order should be with me (day after I wanted it) and no order had been delivered. So overall not impressed.
