Would give 0 if i could.
Ordered 2 charms, received email days later saying they were not in stock and would be dispatched in 3-5 days. 10 days later still nothing. Customer service said would be in stock wed and dispatched. Still no stock Thursday so 2 weeks later i cancelled and got refund. Terrible
