Order 435087 has still not been received 17 days after ordering! I received an e-mail to say that the charm element of the order was out of stock but that it would only take 10 days to reorder. Now I am in the situation where I leave Uk for 2 months on Sunday and this was a Christmas gift which if and when it arrives it will then have to be forwarded on to me in Berlin and then I will have to post it back to the person it was intended for! Very disappointing.
