When I first ordered from your company I was absolutely thrilled with the speed and reliability of my delivery. I have ordered again a few times and must say that it appears to be difficult to get the same standard of service. Shoppers are offered points or a nomination charm tool, I now have 3 because each time I tick for points the tool arrives anyway, plus I receive discount codes which when I attempt to apply them nothing happens. Please go back to the higher standard of service.
