I Ordered a charm for a friends birthday. I received it within 2days which is great. Only to find they sent the wrong item. It clearly said horseshoe on my receip. But was a different charm. Sent it back the next day with first class. They had it on the 10/10/14 and I'm still waiting for it. They need to pay more attention to what they doing. I would not use this campany again.
