I would never usually shop for jewellery on line however due to spending a long stay in hospital I gave it a try. The online shopping process was fine and the products arrived on time, however there were no Nomination gift bags as there would be if I purchased in the shop and one of the links was incorrect. I tried to call the contact number for two days and just got an engaged tone no matter what time I called. I then sent and email to request that someone contacted me, I got the call back two days later. I was then told that I would have to print off a returns code and go through the inconvenience of making my way to a designated drop off point and was also told they will not release the correct item until they have received my return. All in all a real poor experience.
