If I could give them no stars I would. I have used them twice before and no issues, plus both times 5**, but things seem to have changed. I don't know why they have a telephone number as no one answers it and it auto cuts off after 3 minutes. I am still waiting to hear if my order will be here in 2-3 days, plus confirmation of error in order in their system. A simple phone call or proper e-mail from a person, rather than an automated system would save them and their customers time, rant over, but will not be using again and will be going to LinkedIn and Facebook, Twitter to slate the awful service. They seem to forget online retailers need to offer service as well!!!
