Ordered two items; a Troll bead and a Swarovski double bangle.
Received the items a few days later only
to find out I was sent the single bangle for the price of the double.
No explanation letter, no offer of a refund for the difference.
They ran out of stock but let me order anyway.
Very poor ordering customer service; sorry to say I’m NOT purchasing from them anymore.
