Placed an order which was processed and payment taken. Got an email a few days later to say they were awaiting stock. No indication of when stock would be arriving. Find it shocking they would allow an order to go through and take payment for something they don't actually have! 2 weeks had passed and still no sign of my order or even an update. Sent an email to customer services who said they were "expecting" stock within 5 working days and my order "should" be delivered in 2-3 days. This time frame (at least 3 weeks after order date) did not suit me so I decided to call customer services to cancel order...no answer!! Will not use Joshua James again.
