I placed an order for an 'in-stock' item over 2 weeks ago.
Money was taken from my account immediately, then I received an email informing me the item was awaiting stock and would be dispatched in 3-5 days.
After emailing them after the due date, I received an update that my order was now dispatched and an estimate of 2-3 days was given.
After a further 4 days, I'm still waiting.
Never again...
