I made two purchases recently, for the first I paid extra for speedy delivery and the package took a week to arrive, too late for the date intended. My email explaining my concerns still hadn't been answered after four days so I phoned and it took two phone calls before I could get to speak to someone who did refund the postage costs. My second order generated an email saying the items weren't in stock although they were available to buy on the website and I have since got an email saying they have been sent for dispatch. I will wait and see when it arrives!
