Absolutely shocking. Deserving of zero points, not even one point. 1. Ordered an item which said it was in stock - it was not in stock. 2. When I queried it, they said it 'had just gone out of stock ' - however their website continued to say it was in stock, so they are knowingly lying about stock levels. 3. I asked to cancel the order, which they acknowledged, however they still took my money and despatched the order 4. Now saying they won't refund 5. They takes days to respond to emails and they NEVER answer the phone. Worst customer service I've ever seen - terrible, terrible, terrible. They really should be reported to Trading Standards.
