Ordering was easy however the item which was ‘in stock’ when I placed the order was then ‘awaiting stock’ with no obvious communication or date for stock arrival.
With a deadline of Christmas this was a worry but when enquired JJ were a little vague but did say it would be with me before Christmas.
True to their word it was, but their communication needs to be much clearer.
The product is excellent and well packaged including a festive gift envelope.
I bought another which didn’t have the in/out stock issue and that transaction was excellent.
