My first order arrived within timescale. Still awaiting my second order. Sent umpteen emails. Tried to phone many times no on answers and now the phone appears unresponsive! I wanted the gifts for Christmas. They emailed several days after order that they were awaiting goods from their supplier, however you are still able to order online. I do not normally leave feedback but am extremely unhappy at the customer service. Wish Id read emails as I would have ordered elsewhere
