Poor customer service!! Goods not received!! No one contacted me back !! False advertising!!!Ordered items for Christmas, on 18th December as advertised on the website all goods shipped with 24 hours Royal Mail service, so assumed they would arrive in time . No goods by 22 nd so phoned the contact number given the lady on who answered the phone said goods were In stock just not dispatched yet ?? , recurved a dispatch email on 23 rd saying they would indeed be using 24 hr Royal Mail delivery . So today is 29 th and I am still yet to receive these items!?? I have phoned and emailed with no reply. I will never use this company again,terrible customer service!!
