As a guy I don't know much about Jewellery. This was confirmed after I ordered charms for a nomination bracelet, I was phoned shortly after my order was placed to be asked if I was sure they were the right size I wanted, which it turned out they weren't. The customer service agent I spoke to explained it was a common mistake and sorted the problem within a few minutes. This saved me a lot of hassle of having to send them back to be swapped. She was very polite and they were delivered quite quickly.
