I ordered a Thomas Sabo bracelet online, the package arrived but all it contained was an order form and an empty thomas sabo pouch. After attempting to contact Joshua James by phone I gave up; the phone was left ringing out and I was diverted back to the main menu 5 times after trying different options. An email was sent to which my complaint and the content was completely ignored; I received an email regarding customers who had not received their package in the post at all and to wait a few more days. I had to go to a local retailer to purhcase another bracelet in time for my partners birthday. Today, 2 weeks later after emails back and fourth they have offered to send another bracelet to me despite me advising a full refund was requested as a bracelet was purchased elsewhere due to the non-receipt of the item. Extremely unhappy that points in my emails were ignored, the customer care seems very care free. Certainly will not be recommending Joshua James.
