Very quick to post and very helpful showing me photos via Facebook messenger. The only issue ive had is with the website. It kept taking me round in loops it would link me to paypal then i hit pay and it would say my basket was empty! It took me all day to pay for my necklace. I then wanted to do a second order for a matching pearl. Unfortunately the same issue happened with the website and i gave up in the end.
