I have just received a bracelet that I had ordered some body for a Christmas present and all delivery was quick and perfect, the bracelet arrived with the clasp upside down and back to front. I have offered them the change to correctthese doscrepencies so my next review will depend on the ssmoothness of them core tin this mistake.
