Hello, Shocking service to be honest. Made a purchase for a mum charm last Monday as it was my mums birthday last Wednesday. Received a email on Tuesday saying you was awaiting stock, surely if it’s out of stock in the first place, make it known on your website so that your customers are aware before purchasing. I then received an email last Friday saying it was on its way, guess what I’m still awaiting to arrive? I’ll let you take that guess:) If it hasn’t arrived by Monday latest, I want a full refund.
