I ordered 2 x Titanic charms for my 2 nieces who were off to Belfast - ordered them in plenty of time however when the pack arrived, there was only one in the bag but clearly stating 2 on the delivery form. I called Joshua James to be told that the item was out of stock and he would check if he could re-stock - whilst he was doing this, I logged on to Joshua James website and could order another one, nothing saying it was out of stock. I queried this with the person on the other end of the line and they informed me there was a problem with that item however he could order the item in. I asked him to do that and was there any chance I would get it by the Saturday (when my nieces were going to Belfast) and he said no, it would be a week before delivery could happen. Obviously not very happy. It is now Wednesday and I have had no further information from Joshua James as to whether the item has been despatched or when delivery will take place. Really disappointed as I have ordered from JJ before and not had any issues. From a very disgruntled customer - you have my money but I have no goods.
