Order Fossil pave bangle but received the wrong item. Frustration exacerbated by 20 mins on hold to an unmanned (on a Saturday) telephone number - with recorded message telling you to hold on.
Email to customer services on Monday resolved. Requested to return incorrect product and assured correct one would then be sent on with postage refunded. A bit worried as no longer showing as available on website. Amy in customer services double-checked and assured being held for my order. All in all, correct product with me within a week of receiving the wrong one and postage fully refunded. Mistakes do happen - but happy with resolution (if not that message on the phone)
