I have ordered from you over the years and until my last 2 orders have always been very pleased. However, I ordered from you in September and dispute saying in stock and taking full payment, one of the charms was not and took a week to arrive. My last recent order took over a week to arrive and had no free tool. I introduced my friend and she received her order the next day!!! From my last 2 orders I don't think I will use again for a while to give you time to improve your service. Very disappointed!!!!
