Product fine and fast delivery but it was only packaged in a normal a5 envelope which was ripped just where the charm was (im assuming it ripped when going through the royal mail machines) luckily the plastic envelope the charm was in didn't rip too or it would have been lost. I think joshua james need to review their packaging!
