Delivery was quick but I was surprised the packaging was just an envelope with the jewellery shoved in- I nearly missed the bracelet at first. It was nice that the gift boxes came with it but I have a dog that likes to bite my post so these were damaged. If it was packaged better than this would have been avoided. I also didn't receive the free charm tool but I emailed and this was soon sent out
