My first order went really well with complete satisfaction, however my second order seems to have a delay as I have had an e-mail to say awaiting stock, please could you advise me if expected delivery time as this is for a very special gift and us a collective present. Also I paid extra for a quicker delivery but obviously this hasn't happened so will I be refunded for delivery please? I really do need to know when this will be arriving because of you cannot complete the order fully I will have to re think the whole gift.
