Placed an order for three items, all showing in stock. An hour later, received an email saying awaiting stock. Two weeks later and still no charms received. When chased, customer service we're unwilling to upgrade standard delivery to next day delivery for the two items they had in stock.
Have reported for misleading customers, will not use again.
