I am very happy with the service, quality & price of the bracelet! However I ordered a 17cm bracelet and that is meant to be 19 links instead it came as a 17 link which makes it 15cm! Luckily I bought extra charms from elsewhere to extend it. Other than that mistake, I am very happy with the product!
