Still not received an order that was dispatched on 7/10/19 - order ##872089 (WEB872089). Emailed customer services yesterday to chase it up but no reply yet. Rather than receiving an email requesting a review at this stage, I would prefer a response about the order I have yet to receive! Please could someone get back to me about it. I didn't want to give a rating out of 5 yet but this won't send until I do, so for the moment I have rated 'Poor'. This will hopefully change. Thanks.
