Ordered a nomination bracelet which arrived very quickly however within a day of wearing it the bracelet broke, decided to take it back to the shop as we were quite close to be told they couldn’t process the refund on the Saturday as the person who usually does it wasn’t there but the lady promised me it would be done on Monday, I was dubious after reading other reviews however I am pleased to say that the refund was done as promised.
