I ordered a nomination bracelet and one charm. The bracelet came flat, (not joined) and the charm separate. I believe there is some sort of tool you can use to attach the charms as I have as yet been unable to attach the charm and join the bracelet. This tool was not included. Perhaps contact from you asking if I wanted the charm attached and the bracelet joined would have been better customer service.
