I normally use this website to order Nomination charms for my grandchildren and I’m mostly satisfied with the service. However, my latest purchase was very disappointing in that although I ordered 2 charms (for 2 children), I only received 1 tiny gift box which was wholly inadequate so I've had to present the charms to my grandchildren without wrapping.
Would now consider shopping around for next purchase.
