I ordered on a Saturday based on next day delivery and a free gift if spending over a certain amount. I was expecting the order therefore no later than the Tuesday. It didn't arrive. No answer by phone, no notification email and then conflicting communications with them on the Wednesday. Needless to say no items and no free gift as yet. I would not recommend JoshuaJames and will not be using them again.
