Ordered nomination heart charm. Heart sits to one side and too high. Reply saying they don't class this as a fault. Sorry for £27 I expect it to look as shown on the website. Had to return it at my own expense. Won't risk ordering from them again as clearly don't care what they are sending out. Shame as had used them for previous charms.
