Terrible Service, placed an order for ‘in stock’ items On 7th December, email days later saying out of stock, called CS told would be despatched in a couple of days, still no email or items despite several calls and false promises finally arrived TOO LATE for Christmas! CS pick up phones and put straight down more than once to cut off calls. Then sent an email offering 10% of anything after Xmas ( no exclusions in email) tried to order a charm on site, but code would not work!!! Emailed CS and auto response said would answer within 2 working days! Guess what, no response and charm now out of stock!!! Terrible service and customer service advisors not at all interested in helping, just huff and sigh a lot!!
